Roles & Responsibilities:
• Attend to customers’ enquiries via the hotline
• Work with suppliers and internal departments on service recovery
• Update and retrieve information via internal customer information system
• Develop and maintain work knowledge of internal policies, procedures and process to better customer satisfaction.
• Attend product and process trainings
• Prepare letters to customers when required
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Supervisor

Pre-requisite & Competencies :
• GCE ‘N’ level
• Able to communicate in English is a must.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin
• Good listening skills
• Customer focused and oriented personality
• Computer proficiency
• Team player
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Working hours
• 5.5 working days (including Sat, Sun and Public Holidays)
• 44 hours work week
• Monday – Saturday: 10am – 7pm
• Sunday: 10am - 2pm

Working location: Tampines
